Custom-made and final sale items can only be returned if defective or damaged.
Return Process:

Contact us at 801-518-0130 or everythingutahslc@gmail.com within 15 days to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely, label it with the RA number, and ship it to the address we provide.

We'll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:

Exchanges are based on product availability.
