January at Everything Utah ⛷️ Peaks, Powder & Local Pride

M

DEAR FRIENDS,

Welcome the New Year, Utah-Style

A new year is a fresh beginning, a chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters. At Everything Utah, we love welcoming January as a season of intention, simplicity, and small joys. Whether you’re setting goals, embracing healthier habits, or just finding more moments of beauty in the everyday, we’re here to help you begin the year grounded in the spirit of Utah thoughtful, natural, and meaningful.

Here are three iconic local Utah ski resorts, each with its own personality and winter magic:

🎿 Snowbird

Known for its legendary powder and dramatic alpine terrain, Snowbird is a favorite for experienced skiers and riders. With long seasons, steep bowls, and breathtaking canyon views, it’s a true Utah classic. The tram ride alone is worth the visit, offering jaw-dropping views year-round.

❄️ Alta Ski Area

Alta is world-famous for having some of the lightest, driest snow on earth and for being a skiers-only mountain. With a rich history, a laid-back vibe, and terrain that rewards technique and love for the sport, Alta is all about pure skiing and timeless mountain culture.

⛷️ Park City Mountain Resort

One of the largest ski resorts in the U.S., Park City Mountain offers something for everyone from gentle beginner runs to advanced terrain. Its charming historic Main Street, ski-in/ski-out access, dining, and shopping make it perfect for families, visitors, and those who love mixing mountain adventure with town life.

Healthy Beginning, One Small Choice at a Time

New year, healthier rhythms without the pressure. Simple changes can make a big difference, like preparing meals at home with pride using a Utah-crafted cutting board, choosing local ingredients, and enjoying food that’s made to nourish both body and soul. Pair that with a little sweetness from nature our Utah honey sticks and electrolyte packets are perfect for balanced energy, hydration, and a gentle reset after the holidays.

Move a Little More from Neighborhood Walks to Utah Hikes

You don’t have to summit a peak on day one. Start small, a morning walk, a quiet trail, or a winter stroll that turns into a spring hike. We love encouraging movement that feels joyful, not forced. Our Utah walking sticks, local hiking guides, and trail books are designed to inspire exploration at your own pace . whether that’s a paved path or a rugged canyon adventure.

Let it Snow.... Winter Fun & Mountain Style

Winter in Utah is pure magic. From snow-covered trails to ski days and cozy evenings inside, this season deserves to be celebrated. Our mountain necklaces are a favorite wearable reminders of the peaks that surround us and the adventures that call us back. Add in winter sports vibes, alpine inspiration, and a little sparkle, and suddenly the cold months feel full of energy and play.
